Can I return an order I'm not satisfied with?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase after you receive it, and it's within 30 days of delivery, we'll help make it right. To be eligible for a return, items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the proper return instructions.

We stand behind the wellness products we carry. If something isn't right with your order, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll work with you on a refund, exchange, or store credit. Our goal is to make your experience with HCRC Wellness as positive as possible.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To begin a return or exchange, please call us at 608-489-4263 or email hillsborocrc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you specific instructions on how to return or exchange your item.

Can I return a supplement that has been opened?

For health and safety reasons, we're generally unable to accept returns on supplements that have been opened or have a broken seal. If you received a product that was opened, damaged, or defective on arrival, please contact us right away and we'll do our best to accommodate your situation.

What if my product arrived damaged or I received the wrong item?

We're sorry if that happened. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 608-489-4263 or hillsborocrc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Can I return a product past its expiration date?

In general, we do not refund or exchange products that are past their expiration date. We recommend checking the date on your product when it arrives and contacting us promptly if you have any concerns.

Do you accept returns on sale or discounted items?

Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount may be eligible for store credit or exchange, but are generally not eligible for a cash refund. Please reach out and we'll review your specific order.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you and process your approved refund to your original payment method.
